"Zillow Suing Small County in Georgia Over $2,500"

  1. Fred says:

Zillow is a business that can easily be demolished. If agents would stop paying them then Zillow would disappear. They have “sold you” on the fact that you think you need them to do business. They are getting free information then charging you for it. You are NOT the only agent getting those leads either. You are paying to fight over them. All of their revenue comes from real estate agents and they do not do anything positive for our business. If they could cut you out of the transaction, but still get you to pay for the advertising, they would do it in a heart beat.

  2. Free Speech says:

Sure you get it. Zillow is trying to set precedent in the courts. They’re trying to steal everything.

  3. Donna Benton says:

I have never paid Zillow any money. They obtain our info, get buyer and seller’s and try to sell them to us. No way. Now they want to sue this small county. ugh.
