We didn’t know that Xerox had such an interest in the mortgage industry. Well apparently they have a big enough interest in it to conduct a pretty interesting survey.

I have been distressed with the sparse number of comments in the past week, as the input of your viewers is an important part of this program. We Realtors are getting offers and disclosure documents e-signed, and our MLS provides a service from Authentisign to help us accomplish that. Last week, the escrow company sent all of the closing package to me via e-mail, so that my out of state Buyer could e-sign it. Only thing that needs to be originally signed is the deed by the Seller, and we're done. That is wonderful, and virtually stress free to the Buyer.

When I’ve been clicking on the link to your show lately it goes right to the main page and then the today’s show is not evident or easily findable. If I do click the play fast enough, I only get sound, no video and I don’t see your handsome faces.

I have been experiencing the same problem for a week. the link takes me to your website and I click the arrow to play video, the video goes away and I only get your voice, not video.

Guys. Go to Pleasanton and visit Ellie Mae. Encompass LOS is automating everything that is automatable!!
Yet you still can’t access Encompass from a tablet or a Mac (w/out downloading vmfusion ware first).
You guys are missing something here….
