   I just cut a check for $625 to NAR, CAR, and local board for annual dues – for what? If 50% of us, Realtors with a big “R”, redirect our annual NAR dues to an effective advocate things would change overnight. Let’s see 500,000 Realtors x $400 for annual dues = $200,000,000. There is our 200 million advertising budget.

   Has anyone picked up the phone and called NAR to see if they are doing a factual study of ibuyer programs? They’ve put out studies for FSBO homes, why not iBuyer programs? Action speaks volumes so pick up the phone and call NAR..
