I know that you do not mean any thing malicious or cruel. However I think over 30 counties in Texas home prices are going to be like New Orleans after Katrina – Pray for all those people. Right now 30k people have been miss placed and more rain is expected

it’s hard to know for certain whether this show was taped on Friday, before the city of Houston and surrounding areas were left virtually underwater. The impact of this flooding in terms of loss of life, loss of livelihoods, tax revenues, housing options etc is truly too horrific and unimaginable to comprehend at this moment… even as the area braces for yet another round of storms.. prayers to all affected by this tragic turn of events..

The video shows a date of 8/26, so for sure filmed before the disaster hit. I just ran August numbers for our county, San Diego California, the third least affordable market, and we went down slightly. August is always a very slow month with vacations and schools starting every which week, but could be the start of a downward trend.

I am in the Seattle market, which, by the way is even hotter then Texas metro areas. You actually said that Texas had the hottest market. Check your facts! I still think we will all get an adjustment.

    Kenny Power:

a once dominant baseball pitcher, whose poor work ethic, ego, and short temper jeopardized his professional career.
