In this case, I heard hire someone eager / willing to learn the latest technology and embrace the current litigious, regulation rich environment. Usually, Frank and Brian err on the side of over exaggeration to make a dramatic and obvious point! I feel sure they themselves would be happy to hire an elderly person, someone in their 90s let’s say, if they had that youthful, eager, excited, open minded spirit and work ethic. Wouldn’t you?!
