So what effect and impact do you think the NOCAL power blackouts will have on real estate values? If I was an individual or company moving to your area, why on earth would I want to deal with power blackouts? Seems like outside demand for housing would dry up.
Ah, like life in Florida after the hurricanes. Hope you had lots of gas in your vehicle. Those gas pumps don’t work when the electricity is off.
