I have the utmost respect for Bill. I have his compliance product. He doesn't just sell you something and not service what he has to offer. He has been available for me with every question I have had when something arises that seems like it would not fit compliance. We have spoken many times and have had long and short conversations and I always walk away with satisfaction and more knowledge. I am a one person shop. Its very affordable. If you don't have written compliance and have been wondering where to go without spending mega bucks, he will help you.

Compliance Services is in this same space serving small to medium shops. The difference is our founder has 26 active years as a mortgage banker, and is a federally and state licensed attorney. So for one annual fee, you get a program designed by counsel, and the clock does not run when you have questions. One fee, all year long is paid for. 800-656-4584

This is a very real issue. Those involved in the manufactured housing industry have the same issue, not only as chattel lenders where they have exposure to the CFPB, but also as retailers and community owners where they have responsibilities for a compliance management system as well.

Our consultancy, which is focused on helping chattel lenders, offers help with compliance management system for the manufactured housing industry as well.

  6. Bryan Buck says:

Yeah compliance and regulations!! Protecting consumers since….never.

  7. How do I contact Bill Kidwell?
