There could be a big dilemma ahead with respect to lending to minorities. With the new administration coming in, racial equality is going to be a big part of their agenda. This will absolutely impact housing, specifically mortgage lending. Hopefully the government will find a way to help lenders so they can help minorities without the threat of massive fines looming over their heads. It’s a tricky thing to accomplish, hopefully the new administration can pull it off.
