    So where is REBAC on ongoing education of the public with respect to Buyer Representation? Most buyers today do not realize they don't have any representation…usually the agent does not represent either the buyer or the seller. You must choose to be represented by a Buyer Broker. Today even if you are listing, you must ask to be represented by the listing agent as most agents don't represent the seller anymore since today they are working as Transaction Brokers. Due to the movement to Transactional practice, I believe the level of professional service in the Real Estate Industry has been severely diminished. I suspect NAR is between a rock and a hard place on this issue!
