    Our Real Estate firm has used a fraud warning form ever since the State of Ohio changed the laws limiting the amount of funds that can be brought to closing in the form of a check. I go over this warning the first time we sign any papers and again multiple times during the process. I always have my clients personally talk to the Title company to insure that they have the correct wiring instructions. More work but better safe than sorry.
