Here we go again with the new subprime… Did we learn nothing?
We did indeed learn a lot. These new sub-prime loans are not the kind that were being made before the melt-down. I was doing non-prime back in the 1980s and they were sold deals. People who had a one-time problem and needed help that couldn’t be found at a bank. The devolved into the crazy stuff we saw over a decade ago. Lessons were learned and we won’t be going back to that nonsense. Ever.
