   Kris Anderson- it really doesn’t matter what LOS you are using since they will all be doing it eventually. Lenders are actively looking to replace LO’s with technology and low salary customer service reps, as we are their largest expense. The big banks have already started making the transition and I figure we have 3 to 5 years left as LO’s.
