    Why didn’t NAMB lobby Rep. Hensarling to eliminate the LO Comp Rule in the Financial Choice Act?

      Because it’s unfair!!! Only brokers had to disclosure their compensation. Banks, credit unions and correspondent lenders were exempt from the rule.
