Don’t know anyone who feels they get a fair shake out of their money spent on Zillow. Realtors can easily discredit Zillow by pointing out the lack of accurate information on Zillow. I laughingly tell my buyers I’m doing a Zillow intervention to save them time and then set them up on my own search engine that’s directly linked to the MLS.
HOW do we delete our ZILLOW account?
I am glad to hear this is happening. I told my lenders last year when it was heading this way that I was removing them from my Zillow co-marketing, I also exited Zillow (other than a $5 a month spend to keep premier agent), and we all moved over to PPC and co-marketing in other ways that are more beneficial to all parties involved.
Awwwww, c’mon, who wouldn’t want a millennial psychopath go-go boy as their loan officer?
