    Duh…old school habits are still extremely relevant. I recently had a top exec at unnamed mortgage company say to me that Todd Duncan was no longer relevant…oops. Maybe top Exec is not relevant…BAM

    This is one of the most important calls you can make, especially to the agents involved.

    Amazingly, this might be the only time a listing agent you don’t know will actually pick up the phone and talk with you rather than simply letting your call go to voicemail. For some reason when you hold their next paycheck in your hands they’ll take your call.
