In order for there to be a drop in prices, there needs to be more people that NEED to sell than there are qualified buyers. Since we no longer have millions of homeowners locked into neg am ARMS, the only thing that can cause that on a national scale would be a ridiculously bad recession. It’s not impossible but I’m certainly not going to bet on that happening.
