Even DeMarco at FHFA sees what we see with respect to the new administration and the new HUD Boss. You know that old saying “sometimes it’s easier to ride a horse in the direction it’s going”. We think it really applies to our industry today, and it’s a very good thing for us all. Housing discrimination is real and it needs to be dealt with head on.
