    Simple Appraisals? Remove the liability for appraisers AND pay them a commission in line with the LOs and Agents – then you'll get fast and simple appraisals. But wait, this is about MBS…never mind.

    Only two choices? I honestly believe that if Americans weren't so quick to buy into the "wasted vote" propaganda of the Republicrat party, Johnson of the Libertarian Party would stand a pretty good chance of getting elected this time around. He is certainly better qualified than either of the two main stream bozo's…………
