According to a Housing Wire story, the perception of what a homeowner their home is worth is now closer to what it actually appraises for.  That’s good news!

    The seller’s market is an illusion. Listing agents go into appointments with “I can get X amount for your house” to get the lead. This isn’t the homeowner’s over pricing homes, it’s the realtors. An underprice appraisal is usually not the buyer or seller’s fault.
