    I waited and waited for you to tell me how the Gov't is "handcuffing" FHA, VA, and USDA loans. After listening to the entire post, I am still waiting. If you are referring to the reserve requirements, then the headline is surely misleading. Can you tell us what the reseve requirements are now, and what they are expected to be in the future in order to originate Govie's?

  4. So who was it who wouldn't increase GNMA's budget by $5 million? And what was the stated reason? If the CFPB hadn't been so tight fisted with the regulations that plague us, perhaps that additional $5 million wouldn't have been necessary.
