Since most home searches being on line these days, I see the value for realtors in advertising on sites like Zillow. Its a great tool for exposing their listings to the public. Not so for LO’s. Serious buyers will be partnered with a realtor. Spend your time and energy wowing your agents with excellent service and save your money on useless internet leads.
PS – the piano has been drinking…just sayin
I once had a house that was moving slow! One Saturday, headed out of the neighborhood, I saw a house where the kids (I'm assuming) had taken about eight signs from other houses and planted them all in the yard of this one house. I'm sure you've seen this, but it got my mind rolling.
Next day on my listing, I planted about 6 signs (all I had) haphazerdly in the yard. Phone started ringing, and had a full price contract in less than a week!
It just took me over two months to close two deals with REMN and, sorry to say, the experience was beyond HORRIBLE!! Their underwriting and inside funding and closing just doesn't know what they are doing. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing and they don't seem to talk to each other. I've spoken with our processor and we agree; we're advising the owner of our company to not do business with REMN again and to not allow any of our LOs to originate any more loans with REMN. Sorry to say this. I've never said anything like this about any lender before, but there it is!! 🙁
I couldn't agree with you more. The VP treated us like a piece of DUNG and talked down to us. Hs exact words were "I will get back to you when I am damn good and reaady". He left us out there for a week.Had to delay everyone with no real answer. Horrible experience .ONly one I would send to them would be my X.
The best rider that I saw on a "For Sale" sign said "Gluten Free"
