Its very easy is you treat it like a "call to action" to your buyers agents. Instead of a "Virtual Tour" to your clients. I think that we automaticallly think that we have to give this big production when we use video tools like this. I personally would NEVER use this as a virtual tour for my clients unless they asked me to do so. But what I think is going to be key with this platform is the authenticity it brings when wanting to connect with a particular group. In other words we are starting to bridge the "real world" into a "digiatl world" and live streaming fills that emotional void that text and pictures could never do. In our area, there are fines for marketing and advertising a property before the property is listed on our Multiple. Brokers should make sure they're staying within the rules and regs of their Multiple when marketing, advertising, and sharing information publically about properties.

Facebook kills periscope?
Denice I am curios about this information, do you have any resorces to look at more of what your talking about? Would this again fall in the lines of this being a valuable tool to market stricly towards "buyer agents" as a call to action instead of marketing it in public to consumers?
I have been using this, it is awesome! Just a note, it is really a knock off of Periscope, which is very cool becasue periscope broadcast world wide and I have 2 great leads from Periscope and I expect more from Facebook live
I dont think so, its 2 different platforms that speak 2 different languages. But if twitter goes down (which it looks like it) then periscope goes down. So if facebook live stream becomes a top live streaming platform its because twitter shot itself in the foot not because facebook took over.

What a great way to use Live Stream! I personally love it when an organization I'm following goes live, makes you feel more connected to them and further invests your relationship with them. I can totally see this benefiting Real Estate Agents!
Samar this is totally correct. We are starting to see the bridge being built that is placing the emotions of natural communiation inside a digital world.

Really like this idea, however when I got to my Iphone 6 under "update status" i dont see the go live icon, phone is only 4 months old. Any suggestions?
Steve Weiser In WA- the nwmls does not allow marketing a home to agents or to the public prior to it being listed on the mls regardless of clients permission. They are trying to avoid pocket listings. In their mind it gives the seller better opportunities for multiple offers and higher prices.
Garrett Davis in Washington State brokers are fined heavily (like $2000) for advertising/marketing a property before it is listed. It is our NWMLS Rule 2(c) (No Promotion When Listing Not Published). It's one of our most violated rules. The purpose of the rule is to curb pocket listings.
