Are there favorable FHA changes on the way? NAMB President Kimber White believes so. The new administration is bringing in a new HUD Secretary who is very “pro-consumer”. Could we see some DPA coming our way on our FHA deals? Too soon to know, but NAMB is going to push for some changes that will help the consumer and the originator alike.
