   Surely these were intended consequences! Kind of like we don’t have TORT reform in this country run by attorneys. The banking system designed and received exactly what they desired. Eliminated 50% of the competition while continuing to raise profit margins, providing the consumer an even worse product and rate all in the name of consumer protection. Smoke and mirrors! Of all the poor things Obama did and didn’t do, his biggest failure was not truly reforming Wall Street and our failed banking system.
