Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are now putting a process in place that may give lenders a bit of a break on buybacks.  This could be good for the industry as it could encourage lending to more borrowers.

    Hey Brian, one of our investors wouldn't honor MGIC's home buyer education for a Home Possible multi-family purchase. It was landlord education and UW advised MGIC is not a HUD approved education source. Do you have any information in regards, or a contact at MGIC that can assist?

    I always enjoy your videos however, recently I have been having trouble watching the video. When I hit play it snaps out and only has come related videos on the lower bar. HELP! I can hear audio but no video.
