I agree, it starts with the individual loan originator. If you do not work your past clients and nurture relationships you will lose future business. However I am in favor of BRAWL, since it does help us with giving us knowledge of what the lenders we are partnering with is doing. For example there are 2 lenders we used to do business with that would start calling our customers the day the loan closed and try to get them to refi to pay off the loan giving us a buy back from early payoff. That is not a lender we want to do business with. Brawl is helping expose lender practices, so you at least have an idea of what they are doing with your customers once you have closed your file, so you can make your customers aware of what to expect and you can plan accordingly. If you would like to get the founder of Brawl on your show perhaps he can shed additional light on the matter and help everyone know of the real benefits BRAWL has for our community.

The more things change the more they stay the same! I’ve been in the lending business for over 40 years and through all those years and the plethora of changes during that time…one thing remains constant….this is a RELATIONSHIP BUSINESS! Keep reinforcing that message…your listeners will value & appreciate it!! You guys are great and your show is very helpful!
