   I disagree. MIP was the word on the street BEFORE November 9th, 2016. It was a close run and could have easily gone the other way with Hillory. You assume Castro knew who would win (or did he know a Russian spy that told him).

      Maybe so but he waited til early January to announce the cut knowing full well if it stayed in effect the fund would fall below the 2% threshhold.
      At least Bill Clinton’s stafferajust removed all the “W”s from white house keyboards before leaving.
