Interesting stats and thanks for sharing those! Odd that there have been a few more listings pop up in my neighborhood even though the last round of listings seemed to stay on the market a bit longer and at least a couple of them advertised that they had reduced the price. Not sure what the original listing price was, but maybe this is showing some “toppiness” happening with home prices in our area. I do know that my wife, who is the mortgage sales manager for another mortgage company in our area (Plano, Texas) has said that several appraisals that have come into her shop lately have had issues in reaching “value” – which means the appraisers couldn’t quite get up to what the sales price was???
