We’ll this is fascinating and it may come to a State near you soon, like, your State. The CA Governor is planning on paying all landlords the rents they lost during the COVID pandemic. Is this a good thing? A bad thing? Is it a vote buy? Do the servicer’s get paid back now too on the landlord loans that are in forbearance?
