
So I (Frank) was at an actual event last week with the Marketing Animals and I saw Steve Kyles counter a rate shopper objections with absolute confidence and ease. It really impressed me because it was a response that was ingrained into his being. He didn’t need to think it through or anything like that, he just blasted it with absolute certainty that he could handle any response that might come back to him. Very cool. So today I got him on the show to go over not only this, but how to get a commitment from your borrowers who might have the inclination to shop you. Great stuff, tune in.
