   With the unprecedented spread between stock indexes and yields, we know there must be a correction. One wonders what the result of higher yields and lower equity prices will have on rates (which is all that really drives housing). It would seem a housing valuation correction is also in the cards here in the not-to-distant future. Consumers are sensing it as I am hearing about it. Comments?
