    Interesting video and charts. What are your thoughts on the stock market being more correlated to the short term rates and MBS being more correlated to longer term rates. Interesting that “stock market” (S&P) bottom in the video is about a week earlier than the 10 year rate bottoming. Are you suggesting it the 10 year rates are lagging the stock market?
