   Freedom Mortgage offers the NHF Sapphire down to a 500 FICO on FHA. We were one of 4 lenders in the nation offering this program.

   Hello Guys, You really need to get a person from Freedom mortgage to discuss the product. We are offering VA/FHA/USDA with the Sapphire program. Credit Scores down to 500 with VA and 500 with FHA (10% Down payment) or 580 with 3.50% down FHA. We will also do manual underwriting!!!
