This is the question at hand. We’ve heard this from David Stevens and other sources that setting up Fannie and Freddie as Utilities is more than likely the future of the GSE’s. What are your thoughts on it? Our feeling is that it’s probably a good idea. Not so good for the shareholders, but good for the mortgage and real estate industries. Again, your thoughts?
