There’s been so much discussion about the FHFA and what form it will take. Well it looks as though they might become a full fledged government regulator. Seems the talks of taking them out of conservatorship to reinstate them as private companies is fading away and in fact going quite the opposite direction. What does it mean to us? Who knows, all we know is, change is coming.
