    I get that e-mail has become overbearing, as my Inbox gets hundreds a day, and it’s all I can do to ascertain whether any particular e-mail is of value or not. My method, failed as it may be, is to set up my clients’ criteria on the MLS, then automated e-mails get sent to those clients whenever there is activity in their criteria. This is the concept of “constant contact,” but the conversion rate is pitifully low. What more value can I give them? Short, sweet and to the point would seem to be what they want. E-mails are just too long, and to record a video which may be too long may be a waste of their time, and mine.
