Great info, we all know what to say but I think that we forget or are afraid to ask for the business until COE.
Thanks for the reminder. have a great weekend..
This is very misleading. How many of these 2.5M are already in homes? 2yrs out of a BK you can do FHA, 3yrs for a foreclosure so there is a chance a lot of these people are currently homeowner’s or can qualify now.
2nd thing, if a LO asked for business at the very first meeting he would come off as desperate. If I was a buyer I would move on. Best time to ask is a satisfied customer shortly after closing. Today’s video came off as if you guys ran out of topics for the week.
I am having a really hard time getting your videos to play since you started the separate advertising videos at the front end. Used to be that Firefox worked the best and now it does only sporadically. Wat up, dog? (And no, I don’t have a pop-up blocker. The videos typically start and then stop after a few seconds, and then won’t continue playing no matter what.)
If you could tell us what everything is that would be great. PC or Mac? Browser (with version). We’d appreciate it so we can try and recreate it to fix it. Thanks! Send info to Frank@realestatemarbles.com

You probably have a pop up blocker installed on your computer. You should be able to disable it for certain websites. 🙂
Hey, do you know anyone with amnesia who got screwed on the backside of the last real estate bubble who might want to step up and try it again?
