  • If you want to wow anot agent pick up the phone and call them once a week. It is the simplest thing to do but not many LO’s actually do it.

  • Great perspective this morning and it is very true…….Not to change the subject but how many of you have looked at the new URLA (1003) that was posted yesterday??….This goes into action on January 1st ..It is definitely different…..LOL….

  • This is great stuff. In addition to the consistency factor, what makes a realtor say that is someone we should send a transaction to? What values do you look for in an LO to send them that first most important loan? Thank you.

  • She just described the number one reason that lenders and Realtors have problems working together when she said : I have been working with the buyer for years, we finally find a house and negotiate the contract and now I need the LO to get the deal done. … Please bring us into the deal BEFORE you find a house and write an offer.
