Now that I finally could see the video….good job! Here in Sonoma County see lenders were afraid to price loans so they either would not allow locks or the pricing was higher. When we have had flooding in our area, we have had the same issues closing loans. Appraisers need to go out and make sure the house was not underwater. Insurance was not available…especially flood insurance. Any area that has tornadoes, hurricanes, fires, flooding are affected for days or longer with funding delays. Remember 9/11? Even the Federal Reserve shut down. Sandy is a major mess for the Northeast. I feel so bad for them. But this is not a 3rd world nation like Haiti. They will have a tough time, but to paraphrase Gloria Gaynor, “they will survive.”

GMAC employees were getting loans funded on lap tops & car chargers, in the driving rain and wind in PA. GMAC wholesale team ROCKED it with record funding days and maintained 48 u/w tt to boot!!!! Ya hoo and kudos to them all!

Yep, just confirmed it. Sandy has temporarily taken down our video host provider. Down to “serious power outages” is what’s being reported. Dang… We’re in costume too… I’m sure it will come back soon.

Same here. Maybe it has to do with the storm damage. Don’t forget sometimes they make these up a day or two in advance. So it maybe heald back due to there provider that sends the vidoes out is out of service for the time being.

I have never had a problem playing the videos before. Any suggestions?
