I would strongly suggest to scrutinize what you advertize. RENM is absolutely nothing you described. I will be more than happy to provide you with details, but I know one thing. NO more UWM, and no more REMN. Respectfuly,
Mighty scary thought when our own cities go into bankruptcy –
Appreciate the sharing, now we have more great opportunities, how about a loan that is when your city is upside down we can refinance that too. – Call it Cities After Bankruptcy or call it a CAB -
I have recently put forth that extra effort to reach out to past clients and contacts. And would you believe I have two more loans in the pipeline with more to come?
Remarkable issues here. I’m very happy to peer your post. Thanks a lot and I am taking a look forward to touch you. Will you kindly drop me a mail?
Brian, I know a guy who can help you out with your rhythm problems. Let me know if you need a referral.
exceptional site post. I am going to bookmark tbwsdailyshow.com and check out a lot more often. I really like the website template
I am getting so depressed I am not sure how to go on. Add your video today to the Obamacare decision today and I think I will just pull the shades down, curl up in a ball and shut out the world. Any ideas from anyone how to keep a positive attitude about business when everything around us is falling apart?
Everything is going to hell. Vote Romney to stave it off for a while longer!
I think it would be a good idea for all politicians, and would be politicians, to be mandated to participate in a Nationwide Politician Licensing System wherein they would be required to abide by the same rules, regulations, education and oversight we have to. I believe it would be especially important to develop a system of rules mirroring TILA and RESPA but designed for the political area.
I don’t think I’ve every been more afraid
It is perfectly clear that the current and past administrations have failed to lead the United States of America. The States have rights and need to exercise them. Stop electing polititions and appoint business people to lead us out of the “hole” we are in. The Supreme Court upheld Obama Care this is a sign that we are not being represented. The majority of the American Citizens clearly voiced that we don’t want it. Check out Iceland, they removed the banksters we need to do the same. Sometimes the leadership get so out of control the people must correct it. This is our job now, correct it. These elected officials will run away if we would stand as one against them. They know their wrong and bad.
Didn’t see any need to draw parallels to Orange County a few years back?
…and now, according to the Supreme court, we have a new health care tax on top of it! obama lied again – in his own words;
Only one of many lies. Insurance premiums go up, Millions will be forced to get insurance or pay a tax. Win Win for the insurance companies and the government. More money for insurance companies, oh aren’t they all in bed together?
Guys–Gotta say, that the last few seconds of having sunshine blown up my a** felt pretty good. Made the impending doom of Stockton, et al, almost palatable. Love it!
First – A chapter 11 is for business the personal BK for restructure is a 13.
But truly this is more a puff piece. I realize they are in your local area buy would acknowledgement that we can’t get representation in several congressional hearings be a better story.
When a city, county or state files BK the people in charge of the budget should be fired. Where is the accountability in any of this nonsense?
WOW, there is important meeting going on in Washington about appraisal industry and you don’t even have this topic on your show today???
Congressional Subcommittee REFUSES Small Business Brokers and Appraisers a Seat at the Table
For the second time in a week, the Subcommittee on Insurance, Housing and Community Opportunity, Chaired by Rep. Judy Biggert (R-Illinois), refused small business housing professionals the right to be represented during Congressional testimony.
On June 20th, the Subcommittee held a hearing entitled: “Mortgage Disclosures: How Do We Cut Red Tape for Consumers and Small Businesses?” Although, Banks were represented three times on the panel, Brokers were intentionally excluded. NAIHP argued to represent the industry, but was refused because the panel was full.
On June 28th, this same Subcommittee will hold another hearing entitled:“Appraisal Oversight: The Regulatory Impact on Consumers and Businesses” Although, NAIHP has been and continues to be the persistent force for change in current Appraiser Independence regulations, we are being denied the opportunity to testify. NAIHP has been nationally recognized for exposing the plea bargain agreement between Cuomo and the GSEs, which created HVCC.
NAIHP also filed a complaint against the FHFA, due to their failure to release 40 thousand public comment letters. The Appraisal Institute, who openly admits to supporting HVCC, is being allowed to testify.
One of the key factors in which must be addressed to avoid the financial ruin of this country, is the illimination of entitlements. The unions that represent the police, public workers, teachers, etc. must back off on the extra benifits and jover the top retirement packages which they demand. This is not the 1950′s and union demands must evolve with the times.
I agree, everyone needs to re-adjust their thoughts. “a favor once granted has become a right“.
IT IS REALY SERIOUS when City’s start filing bankruptcy. Who wants to deal with them, look at
Greece. Its time to get involved, ask questions, demand accountable and start change, they work for you.
Ok so the citizens of the bankrupt cities lose all of services their tax dollars are supposed to pay for. Let me just name a few things that wont be cut or eliminated 1. The elected officials pay 2. The elected officials befits 3. The elected officials paid vacation time 4. The elected officials pay increases 5. Oh heck I could go on for most of the day but I need to get back to the private sector and work as I only receive compensation for work preformed. That is till the CFPB gets done re-revising LO comp plan.
It is human nature that people spend “other people’s money” with far less care than their own. Perfect example: Government.
p.s. I learned two new words in todays episode:
If I put my head under the pillow, essentially ignore the obvious, it will all go away, won’t it? Geez that didn’t work. Hmm. What to do? Oh, yeah!!! Blame Bush! What? That is already being done? Seriously, see the common thread? Mismanagement! Well, at least the private sector is doing fine.
Sure am glad the “Private sector is doing fine” where would we all be without it?
That is the purpose of these massive budget deficits.
Does private sector or public sector create the deficits and Gov debt?
Ummm…it’s called Public Debt FOR A REASON.
The Gov’ts create this debt to stranglehold us all into their tax slaves. States rights, individual prosperity and liberty are erased to pay for the public sector’s enormous GREED.
We are fighting back in our area by boycotting ALL Gov’t. They are out to destroy us and their “work” is almost complete.
BOYCOTT PARK COUNTY, COLORADO
Dont you think it’s weird to have our nations capital on a list of cities going BK? What’s really going on with world Govs right now? No conspiracy guy, but there has to be either a master plan or we really do have straight up dumbasses running out world Govs
Ryan – I thought the EXACT same thing!
Our nations capital re elected a mayor who was convicted of smoking crack on camera with a hooker in a hotel room. Need i say more?
